I am married and live in the King of Prussia area of Pennsylvania. I have been in the Mental Health field for 15 years. I studied and completed my Addictions Training at South Oaks Institute on Long Island. I completed my Addictions Internship and worked at South Oaks Hospital for 3 years while pursuing my New York State Certification as an Addictions Counselor.
Upon receiving my Bachelor of Science Degree from Adelphi University where I focused on Addictions and the Social Sciences. I graduated and received my Masters Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University while working with Mentally Ill Chemically Addicted (MICA) adolescents at Sagamore Psychiatric Hospital and South Oaks Psychiatric Hospital. Before leaving New York, I worked with other populations including Veterans (PTSD) and the Homeless.
I started in Private Practice when we moved here from Long Island, NY in 1996. My current client focus and educational training specialize in the areas of Anger Management, Relationships, Conflict Resolution, Addictions and E-Therapy. I work with singles, couples and groups regardless of Age, Gender, Race or Sexual Preference.
